Howett Thorpe has been instructed to identify an experienced In-House Recruitment Business Partner to proactively identify and develop a pipeline of talent for our client's key business units. About The Role The Recruitment Business Partner will be required to have a high level of commercial awareness to be able to provide strategic recruitment advice to all levels, up to and including EXCO. A critical element of the role involves bringing about efficiencies to ensure best practice of the hiring process and improving the quality of hire whilst reducing cost. The role will require extensive stakeholder management and business partnering to provide a seamless, service driven experience for the hiring managers where quality of hire and time to hire are paramount. The successful candidate will also be required to support the line managers in creating person specifications for vacancies and provide detailed guidance and feedback on job descriptions. In addition you will develop recruitment capabilities of all line managers by delivering training to them on interview and assessment techniques and attending candidate interviews. The successful candidate will have: * Proven recruitment experience required in an agency or ideally in-house recruitment capacity. * Clear and effective communication & stakeholder management skills. * Ability to articulate and understand the specific role requirements. * Highly developed interview skills and telephone manner. * Familiarity with current sourcing techniques and ability to remain current with developing. techniques and skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple searches with varying priorities * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage work requests working to tight timescales whilst maintaining quality. * Ability to deliver a recruitment service in line with the agreed service levels.
