We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced In-house Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our growing HR team, delivering a professional, high quality, value adding HR service, based from our Peterborough office. We aim to be self-sufficient, without the need to rely on 3rd party recruiters. You will responsible for sustainably and responsibly hiring the right people and will help shape our future recruitment strategy. About the Company: Musk Process Services are a highly respected provider of engineering solutions to the manufacturing and process industries. We partner with our clients to provide a service that maintains and improves their production assets, so they meet their manufacturing targets and engineering compliance commitments. Our service lines are: * Turnkey Solutions * Asset Care * Engineering Compliance * Process Engineering The Role: You will be responsible for the recruitment lifecycle of engineers/managers/office staff for the Peterborough and Swadlincote offices from authorisation through to offer. This includes: * Conducting recruitment meetings with managers, understanding their needs, developing job specifications and job descriptions. * Producing creative job adverts to appeal to a diverse candidate base. Arranging interviews, providing feedback, preparing contracts and offers. * Understanding the current market, identifying the best sourcing methods, to encourage high calibre candidates. * Keeping abreast of social media opportunities for advertising * Carrying out interviews, where required * Weekly and monthly reporting. Analysing recruitment statistics. * Working within recruitment budget parameters * Negotiating agency terms and conditions Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to travel. Skills / Experience Required: You should have a strong recruitment background (ideally in-house recruitment) together with strong social media knowledge and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent computer and keyboard skills are also required.
