In-House / Internal Recruitment Consultant (based in Belfast) We are currently searching for an ambitious individual to join us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / In-House Recruitment Consultant and take on the responsibility of Internal Talent Acquisition for our Belfast & US Office. This role requires the skills of a driven & highly proactive individual, and will offer an excellent opportunity, which includes a competitive base salary and rewarding office environment. In this role, you will take complete ownership of the Internal Recruitment within Reperio Human Capital and be involved in the strategic growth of our Belfast & US business locations. Who Are Reperio? Reperio Human Capital is a leading IT recruitment consultancy. Our HQ is Belfast, but we focus on the IT market in the Republic of Ireland. Having been in operation for over 9 years and having grown to a team of 35 (friendly, driven & ambitious) individuals, we have established ourselves as a niche & specialist IT recruitment consultancy. Due to the significant growth & success we are experiencing, we are continuing the expansion of our Belfast HQ and are also setting up a Recruitment Office in the USA, in North Carolina. What will I be doing? You will be involved in Recruiting individuals to join Reperio Human Capital, positions you will recruit for will include hiring prospective recruitment consultants and operations staff. You will have complete ownership of the Recruitment lifecycle in Reperio Human Capital including sourcing, selection, screening & interviewing. Some of your tasks will include drawing up & posting adverts, interviewing candidates (via phone & in person), information tracking & creating a pipeline of potential candidates. You will utilise social networking sites, online advertising & online CV Databases in your search for prospective candidates to join Reperio. Headhunting will also be a regular responsibility. Ultimately, you will be the Brand Ambassador for Reperio Human Capital. What do I need? * Previous experience within a Recruitment focused role would be a significant advantage. * You should be charismatic, an excellent communicator and pro-active. * Self-starter, able to work autonomously delivering high volume results * You should be educated to Degree level. * You should be goal orientated & target driven * IT proficiency & an ability to multitask & prioritise tasks. * A background in a sales or target driven environment would be an advantage.
