We are currently looking to engage an experienced In-House Recruitment Consultant to support our HR&OD team based in Birmingham during our busy recruitment periods. This is an exciting role that will help build on our already successful and highly regarded In-House Recruitment function and assist with our mission to become an employer of choice ensuring we provide a first class candidate experience at all times. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: The successful candidate will have an understanding and experience of: •In-house recruitment and associated Applicant Tracking Systems •Direct sourcing and search methods particularly via social media platforms •An in depth knowledge of recruitment issues and strategies and the ability to produce innovative and effective recruitment solutions •Recruiting nationally across a wide geographic and multi disciplinary organisation •Internal stakeholder management and in particular dealing with senior stakeholders •Best practice in relation to recruitment and pre-employment screening activities.
