SYNOPTIX is a Systems Engineering Consultancy supporting a wide range of blue-chip companies in various industries including Aerospace, Defence, Rail, and Automotive. We have exciting growth plans this year and are looking for a recruitment resourcer to join our growing team. Key Duties: Responsible for carrying out day-to-day recruitment processes including: Identifying, qualifying and selecting suitable candidates, comprising: Searching social media, onsite and online databases to source suitable CVs for technical requirements Telephone interviewing candidates to find out key information Submitting suitable candidates to hiring managers Arranging face to face interviews for successful candidates Update an administration of Applicant Tracking System Generating clear and concise adverts for technical requirements Generating spreadsheets and KPIs as required Full, ongoing training will be provided in all aspects of this role We are looking for candidates with proven experience identifying and qualifying quality candidates. Any experience of Engineering would be an advantage
