A brand new opportunity has arisen to join an in house recruitment team for a Global Professional Services Company based in Warwick. If you are looking to move away from agency and still enjoy managing the recruitment process from a candidate experience this could be the right role for you. Based in Leamington Spa you will be responsible for researching, identifying and attracting the candidate market place. Delivering and exceptional customer service to the internal stakeholders. Although this is an office based role , the position is likely to come with a car allowance as well. Key Responsibilities: * Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements * Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently * Initial screening of candidates, qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies * Develop great working relationships with our recruiters and customers. * Develop your inquisitive and interviewing techniques assessing and screening candidates and potential talent for our live roles. * Mastering your powers of persuasion that you have the best shortlists of candidates for the job, and selling great opportunities to savvy candidates, who know what they want. * Broaden your skills in utilising social media channels and direct sourcing channels, also working with our marketing team to drive talent to our opportunities Key Skills & Experience: * Previous experience working within a Recruitment Agency is preferable, or telephone or sales experience could be advantageous, so you can build relationships and influence in positive, enhancing manner. * Excellent Communication skills and commercial awareness * Influencing and engaging skills * Strong academic achievement so you have ability to grasp new concepts quickly, understand business performance and challenge the status quo * Demonstrate you are a goal / target-orientated person at heart, and feel this environment would get the best out of you * Excellent attention to detail and can use initative
