We are looking for a talented and pro-active In-House Trainer/Recruiter living in the Hounslow area of London to join an excellent homecare provider. Do you want to be part of something special? In-House Trainer/Recruiter - £22K - £26K per annum negotiable, DOE Do you have the passion and ability to deliver an efficient and appropriate training service for a quality focussed homecare provider? Your role as their In-House Trainer/Recruiter is a pivotal role in identifying and developing the very best carers. You will be joining a skilled and passionate team, who put the customer at the heart of everything they do. Your role will involve: · Holding community open days/networking events to attract new Care Assistants; · Interviewing inbound applicants; · Scheduling inductions; · Delivering induction training and annual reviews; · Managing the training matrix; · Sending for references and conducting DBS checks; · Delivering training for Care Certificates, Moving and Handling, Medication, Risk Assessments etc. What qualifications and experience will you need? · Ideally you will hold a training qualification such as Train the Trainer or PTTLS; · You must have experience of training or working in the care sector; · You will have a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle; · Above all, you must be personable and vibrant with the confidence to go out into the community to attract and source new candidates. Maybe you an experienced Care Coordinator or Supervisor with experience in the homecare sector who is looking for something new?
