Job Description As an Industrial Consultant you will quickly take on a 360 recruitment role, managing both candidates and clients, starting with a small warm desk for you expand on and develop your own new clients. Responsibilities * Business development through telephony, face to face meetings, social media and networking. * Meeting with clients to build/maintain relationships, representing the Staffline brand whilst educating and consulting on the services and recruitment business partnering proposition. * Sourcing for candidates for live vacancies via walk-ins, database, cv libraries, referrals, advert response and social media. * Meeting with candidates to discuss how we can support them with their job search * Continuing to develop your business by contacting new clients and introducing our services. As well as managing your portfolio of requirements on a day-to-day basis, you will have the opportunity to think strategically about how to develop your role, desk and presence in the Industrial Recruitment Sector. The Successful Applicant will: * Have previous telephone sales experience * Have Face to Face sales and presentation skills (Desirable, NOT essential) * Demonstrate the potential to build and maintain professional relationships in person, over the phone and face to face. * Have good organisation skills and attention to detail * Demonstrate the ability to work at pace * Offer flexibility to suit business needs. * Demonstrate strong commercial acumen * Be ambitious and highly motivated * Demonstrate a willingness to sell * Ideally degree Educated but not essential
