Job Description

The Role You will be working in a fast-paced environment whilst undertaking the full 360 role from generating new business to successfully placing candidates into work, the role will also involve some on-site work, so the right candidate will need to have a driving license. Previous experience in Recruitment would be an advantage, but we are really considering anyone with strong Sales / Business Development skills. Role Responsibilities * Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from new industrial clients * Qualifying and securing vacancy requirements from clients * Sourcing candidates through headhunting, online job boards, social media and within our Office (as we do get a lot of peole walking in off the street). * Shortlisting and presenting candidates against appropriate job vacancies to the client * Managing client and candidate relationships and meeting required expectations throughout the recruitment process * Carrying out the recruitment process to the highest level of standards ensuring legislations are always adhered to Candidate Expectations * Previous recruitment experience is desirable, not essential, although strong Business Development skills are essential. * You will be a self-motivated and driven individual * Able to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work to deadlines and KPI's * Team player but also able to work using own initiative * Excellent communication skills * IT skills including Microsoft packages * Driving Licence We Can Offer * A competitive salary and bonus structure * Training and development * Career progression * Quarterly sales incentives and team building days out * Lively and fun environment
