Therefore they are looking for a talented Inhouse Recruiter to join the organisation and support in bringing in the next best talent who have the customer at the forefront of their mind. Description The key responsibilities of this Inhouse Recruiter for a company based in Hayes include but are not limited to the following: Responsible for full life cycle recruitment whilst ensuring an outstanding candidate experience Provide an effective and consultative service to all stakeholders Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external) that creates a successful partnership Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help develop a strong pipeline of experienced and talented candidates Utilising online recruiting resources proactively to identify and recruit the very best candidates whilst supporting the development of cost-effective hiring strategies Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on the company ATS Proactively provide market insight to stakeholders and business leaders Partner with HR to ensure there is a cohesive approach to talent management Profile The successful candidate for this Inhouse Recruiter role has the following: Recent experience managing full lifecycle recruiting across the corporate space. If from an Agency background, the preference of specialism lies within HR, Legal, Accounting or Finance Strong background in direct sourcing strategies that identifies and hires talent An influential effect on key stakeholders with the ability to set mutually beneficial expectations Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with Hiring Managers and Leaders Creative approach to attracting top quality candidates Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information appropriately Ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills that include proactively keeping others informed Ability to think ahead and foresee problems ahead of them becoming issues Solution orientated with the ability to solve complex problems and challenges Process and data orientated with a key understanding of the importance of data within a Recruitment function Job Offer Competitive salary and the opportunity to join an innovative and creative business that put their customer at the forefront
