Job Description

In-house Recruitment Resource. Coventry CV5- 6 month fixed term contract. Part time position. 2.5 days per week. Salary £20,000 pro rata + holiday and pension (One of these days will be Monday.) Working within a small team in Coventry, the Recruitment Resource will assist with the following: • Telephone screening and interviewing applicants • Maintaining the upkeep of all applicant contact details on in house system • Managing the administrative functions of the job which include, generating reports, creating new recruitment campaigns and responding to Managers queries • Ad hoc researching, fact finding, projects, CV Searching, database mining. As well as previous recruitment experience you will also: • Have the ability to think creatively to find solutions • Possess solid stakeholder Management abilities and experience • Be observant and attentive to finer detail • Enjoy being a team player, willing to work in an inclusive supportive environment • Have a good level of Outlook, Office, Excel Additional: Your previous recruitment experience has given you the confidence to make decisions, recommend best practice and new ways of doing things and you can be counted on to work autonomously.
