HR and Recruitment Manager - Cambridge - 12 month FTC - Up to £55,000pa. Are you CIPD qualified? Interested in working in a forward thinking company on the cutting edge of technology? This privately owned company based in central Cambridge is looking for a HR and Recruitment manager for a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. Your day to day responsibilities will include: Managing a small team of 3. Providing sound advice on performance management matters including developing internal skillsets on this matter. Supporting recruitment efforts and leading recruitment campaigns for priority roles. Lead the annual performance review process for all employees. Lead the pay review process for employees, twice yearly. Updating and maintaining existing HR policies and procedures. What they are looking for: 4 years experience in a HR Advisor/ Manager role - ideally being CIPD qualified. Previous recruitment experience, preferably in house with a successful track record of recruiting technical positions. Sound knowledge of HR and Recruitment best practice and be familiar with employment law legislation. The ability to interact proactively with managers and employees at all levels and have previous experience coaching managers.
