Job Description

The Finegreen Group are working with a Health Board to recruit to the following position. As Interim Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for managing and leading recruitment services across the Health Board and will manage the centralised recruitment team and associated administration service. The objective is to provide a responsive and efficient recruitment service that meets agreed departmental KPIs, utilises the latest technology and maximises opportunities for innovation and improvement. Main Responsibilities: Provide specialist and expert recruitment advice to the organisation; Provide leadership to all resourcing campaigns, whether large scale recruitment or bespoke departmental activities; Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans to attract highly skilled, motivated staff across all professional groups; Continually scope and design new approaches to attraction and selection; Provide professional insight and advice in respect of changing requirements and labour market conditions; Provide visible leadership and professional conduct within the Recruitment team and senior Resourcing management team; Coach and motivate the recruitment team; Review performance (internal and external) against KPIs and ensure there are plans in place to keep the recruitment metrics; Provide and present monthly reports demonstrating progress against the KPIs; Support Heads of HR to review recruitment needs and issues by each division; Form strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders; Promote equal opportunities in all aspects and stages of the recruitment and selection process. A successful candidate will have: Experience at management level, gained in a Recruitment function. Experience of managing volume recruitment. Experience of developing and facilitating assessment centres and interviewing. Specialist knowledge of: Recruitment policy and procedure, Employment legislation, Employment contracts, Workforce systems, DBS practice , UKBA practice Strong communication skills If you have the above experience and would like to find out more information, please send a copy of your CV to along with your availability
