About the role: This position is a maternity cover for 12 months. We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to deliver our 2020/2021 Recruitment Strategy and lead our recruitment team to meet their targets. You will be responsible for a team of 6 in total. In order to deliver our LEYF hiring strategy you will be required to work in collaboration with many departments; children services, HR, Learning and Development, Marketing, Customer Service, Business Development. You will be required to ensure the alignment of the LEYF hiring strategy takes place with each organisational decision. As a Senior Manager in LEYF you will be involved in key decision making around hiring and assessments and you will be expected to be adaptable to the changing needs of the organisation. In order to achieve this, you will need to build strong relationships with our Nursery Managers and Area Operation Managers in order to gain an in-depth understanding of the individual needs and challenges each nursery faces.
