Commutable from Bedford, Milton Keynes, Olney, Newport Pagnell, Rushden etc THE ROLE:    The role of the Internal Account Manager is to maintain regular contact with our SME customers to ensure that we are well positioned to help them with upcoming vacancies. This role requires someone who enjoys talking with customers on the phone and building rapport. This role is part sales, part customer service, although there is no cold calling you are only contacting existing or past customers.   THE OPPORTUNITY:   You will be working in a small team, speaking with existing customers or new prospects who have recently been to one of our events. You will have complete ownership of the customer relationship and they will rely on you to provide advice and guidance in terms of their recruitment options (we will train you on this part).   YOU:    To be successful in this role you will need to have a good track record of working with customers ideally in a B2B role. You do not need to have a sales background as this role would suit someone coming from a customer service background who is looking to make the next step up into a combined customer service/sales role.   You will need to be confident, intelligent, highly motivated and able to build rapport both with your colleagues and customers.   You will need to be highly organised and comfortable using applications like Outlook & Word.
