Internal Direct Recruiter - Birmingham - Manufacturing / Production  Working with one of our large international Life Sciences clients, the Recruiter is pivotal in delivering an offsite recruitment solution for our client. You will manage the recruitment processes for our client and provide a high class standard of client service and recruitment advice on each recruitment transaction. Your focus will be: * Generate candidates directly using innovative sourcing methods (internet job advertising, search analytics, networking, referrals, client website, employee referral schemes etc...) in tandem with partnering with other Recruiters to ensure the success of this critical area * Drive candidate pipeline by using above innovative sourcing techniques with a key focus on manufacturing, production and sales roles * Ensure compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment end to end process * Work closely with the overall team to ensure client Service level Agreements The successful candidate will have proven recruitment agency experience ideally recruiting in production or manufacturing, but we will also consider other high volue recruitment experience.
