Job Description

I am currently with a rapidly growing FMCG client who is looking to recruit a talented Internal Recruiter to play an integral part in the delivery of the new group recruitment strategy. You will be required to work as part of the HR team to provide a professional, high quality, timely, customer focused recruitment service to external candidates and key stakeholders, across all areas of: * Talent Attraction * Resourcing * On-boarding This is a 40 hour a week Monday to Friday Permanent position offering a salary of Circa £28,000 - £35,000 plus non salaried benefits. Some flexibility in hours maybe required if travelling to other sites We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, recruiting a wide variety of roles and providing a high level of service to the company’s internal stakeholders. As well as overseeing the general recruitment at several sites across the country and locally, you will be integral to supporting all recruitment activities at their new facility based in Peterborough that is expected to employ around 300 people. Key Skills and Attributes: * A passion for direct sourcing and talent acquisition * Determined and driven to succeed * Ability to work quickly and to deadlines * Ability to make decisions and think outside the box * Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills * Highly organised and able to work under pressure. * Strong attention to detail * Good understanding of Microsoft packages * Strong listening skills * Demonstrable track record of being focused on direct sourcing either as part of a wider recruitment role (agency/ RPO or in-house) or within a sourcing/talent acquisition driven recruitment model * Focused on developing direct sourcing strategies, deep knowledge of candidate sourcing tools and methodologies * Able to deliver high quality candidates for multiple/volume recruitment campaigns * Natural ability to quickly establish rapport with new contacts * A high level of adaptability given the diverse nature of projects and stakeholders across the portfolio * Full Clean Drivers licence. Ideal backgrounds for this role are internal recruiter, recruitment consultant, in house recruiter, sourcing/talent acquisition, senior recruitment consultant and ideal location to travel from would be Stamford, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Hampton, Cambridge, March, Chatteris, Whittlesey.
