Internal Recruiter 6 month fixed term contract Closing date - 24th July 2020 Location - Heathrow/London with travel We are now looking for a dedicated Internal Recruiter to manage the recruitment of all contracts in our Care & Custody division, with a focus on ensuring that there are sufficient numbers to support the operational delivery of services. You will work closely with the Operational team and HR Department to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. * Process sufficient applications to meet recruitment targets, much of this will be done via structured assessment centres; * Review applications in line with agreed SLAs; * Undertake and arrange interviews in line with agreed SLAs * Transfer complete offer information to the HR employee services within 24 hours of a verbal offer; * Monitor pipeline activity and liaise with the HR & Operational Teams. * Highlight shortfalls in pipeline numbers immediately to the Recruitment& Relationship Manager. * Ensure all positions are advertised with all available mediums , including internal & external portals and job boards, and social media sites. * You will also liaise with partner agencies such as CTP, Job centre Plus, Work Communications and the external organisations ensuring the most appropriate and cost effective recruitment avenues are utilised. * Support activity at jobs fairs and exhibitions for recruitment purposes. * Support with Assessment centres as and when required
