We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our Recruitment Team on a 6 month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for developing, cultivating, and managing relationships with hiring managers and candidates to provide service excellence and staffing expertise. You will have experience of recruiting within the healthcare sector and have knowledge and skills to tap into both active and passive candidates across our vacancies, which include Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Therapists and Doctors. You will be a confident and proactive recruiter with the ability to manage fast paced and at times high volume recruitment. You will be familiar with using a recruitment ATS’ (we use Eploy) to identify talent and utilising Social Media for active and passive recruitment. Based remotely we are looking for a driven individual who has full 360 recruitment experience and the confidence and tenacity to make an immediate impact and contribute to our recruitment activity within a challenging but rewarding sector. Key Accountabilities: • To provide and deliver an efficient and cost effective recruitment service for specified business areas. * Pre-screening and managing applicants for current vacancies, reviewing CVs, arranging interviews, sending applications to relevant Hiring Managers * Source qualified candidates to meet customer requirements by utilising Headhunting, and other extensive searching and candidate attraction techniques * Assist with coordination and participation in recruiting events and initiatives, including job fairs and career days * Use social networking platforms (i.e., LinkedIn and other online forums) to promote employer brand messaging and EVP to drive traffic to open roles by establishing and promoting positive relationships * Work with Hiring Managers to ensure that they fully understand the importance of an effective and compliant process, and to provide training where necessary so that they are both confident and competent. * Manage all agency contact against pre-determined rates and contractual terms Skills Required: * Proven Internal Recruitment experience in a similar role and/or a Recruitment Consultancy background * In-depth knowledge of candidate attraction techniques and methodologies including advert design and creation, social media, and traditional database search techniques (Boolean Search etc.). * Demonstrable experience of building and maintaining relationships across a multi-service business, and effectively communicating updates on vacancies and service requirements * In-depth knowledge of recruitment legislation and contact negotiations * Knowledge and experience of sourcing suitable candidates via direct application, resourcing and via approved agencies. * Working, hands-on knowledge of updating and managing ATS systems. * Evidenced experience and success in permanent and/or temporary placements across various industry sectors * Accurate reporting skills and attention to detail * Experience of effective screening and interviewing techniques, and able to score candidates against essential/desired criteria * Proficiency in using a computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) If you area motivated and organised person who is interested in making a positive difference please consider applying to our current opportunity.
