Liberty HR Recruitment is proud to be working exclusively with our client, based in Portsmouth, who is seeking an Internal Recruiter to help them through a period of growth. Reporting to the Talent Manager you will be responsible for developing the recruitment processes for each role, reviewing job descriptions, providing managers with tools and options to utilise recruitment, hold psychometric assessments, external labour market analysis, liaising with agencies and attending interviews. The ideal candidate must have solid recruitment experience and used to looking at the bigger picture and streamlining recruitment processes. You will be used to working in a fast-paced environment, able to work autonomously, organised, self-motivated, able to use own initiative and be an excellent communicator. You must also be able to drive and have access to a car as travel to sites will be required for meetings. This position is a 3-month FTC with a salary of up to £30,000 FTE and there is the option to split your time between home and office working.
