Oleum Consulting Limited are currently recruiting for an In House Recruiter for a large well-known manufacturing organisation based in West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will work within an established In House Team, supporting the Recruitment Manager to deliver robust, efficient and cost aware recruitment processes across the blue collar workforce - total of over 450. Key areas of responsibility: * Working closely with the Recruitment Manager and Divisional Heads to implement a robust workforce plan, recruitment guidelines and assessment tool box that ensures the right candidate is chosen. * To design the recruitment campaigns and either manage directly or allocate to the recruitment team with clear guidelines. * To handle initial pre-screening of candidates through telephone, and all invitations for formal interviews, including all associated diary management. * To actively develop social media and networking links to try and support non-traditional methods of attraction and retention. * To organise assessment days, and support all administrative functions for this, in addition to sending all invites, confirmations and full day participation both internally and externally. * To support in the on-boarding process and ensure all new starters are welcomed and have all packs and information necessary in conjunction with the HR team. To ensure all training is delivered to ensure up skilling of candidates * To regularly deliver updates to senior management and departments to ensure any requirements are identified and addressed immediately to lessen" firefighting "recruitment. * To produce and support in the analysis of the MI reports for all recruitment activities Oleum Consulting limited would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences: * CIPD/Recruitment qualification or equivalent experience * Demonstrable experience in a fast paced environment handling high volume recruitment campaigns through to technical and specialist roles
