As a group they offer a diverse range of data services to the online lending industry, both in the UK and abroad. With a huge opportunity to grow and take on new responsibilities they are looking for an Internal Recruiter who has ambition and a desire to work in a software development environment and wants to be rewarded for their hard work in the process. An ideal candidate for the Internal Recruiter position will have a strong focus on customer service and great attention to detail. About the Role As an Internal Recruiter for LendingMetrics, you will support the recruitment process in driving and executing a talent acquisition plan for all areas of the company. You will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring the best talent in the market. You will advise and inform the business as to the latest market trends, competitor landscape & provide direction on the most efficient routes to access the best talent available. What you'll be doing... * Writing job specifications and adverts * Utilising all tools available to find the best talent, this includes LinkedIn and online CV databases and identifying the most effective recruitment methods when advertising roles * Screening CV’s to ensure that the candidate has the skills applicable for each role * Conducting screening telephone interviews to gather as much information about the candidate * Conducting initial tasks/tests with the candidates appropriate to the role * Booking face to face interviews with the relevant interview panel * Issuing a recruitment pack to the interview panel including job spec, CV and information gathered prior to the interview * Identifying and fostering relationships externally with hard to attract talent * Managing end to end recruitment processes ensuring that all admin is completed and all logs are kept up to date * Using industry knowledge to advise stakeholders on patterns and trends/reporting key recruitment statistics * Utilising social media channels to maintain high direct sourcing success * Continuously looking at new and innovative ways to improve the recruitment processes to meet growing business demands * Attending careers fairs across the UK where appropriate * Maintaining partnerships with key local talent sources, such as Universities, Colleges or Schools * Work as part of a team to deliver the best attraction experience for LendingMetrics candidates, both internal and external We'd love to meet someone with... * A strong recruitment/talent background either from an agency or in-house environment; able to manage high volumes of vacancies within tight timelines * Proven success in using direct sourcing methods to minimise agency usage * Experience of successfully sourcing hard to find talent via social tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter etc * A good understanding of a variety of assessment methodologies and approaches for customer care and/or entry-level roles – both technical & behavioural * Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to juggle multiple demands * Adept in networking and curating in-demand talent * A natural flair when engaging with peers to maintain a collaborative and efficient working environment * Experience of working with applicant tracking systems Personal qualities The ability to adapt to an agile working environment but is organised and able to prioritise workload effectively Worked in and thrives in a fast-paced environment, flexible and adaptable to change Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business Self-Starter, ability to solve problems, show initiative and think creatively Flexible, resilient and adaptable Good persuasion and influencing skills Pragmatic and solution-oriented Committed to high standards and continuous improvements A strong eye for detail
