Leading Retail company Internal Recruiter Welwyn Garden city Fixed Term contract - 6 months My client a leading utility organisation is recruiting for a Internal recruiter to join their team based in Welwyn Garden City, the successful candidate will show experience of Volume Recruiting and proven delivery resource management. Main Responsibilities: * Acting as a brand advocate * Tracking and reporting of KPIs * Managing the overall candidate experience throughout the recruitment process for your business area * Identifying and sourcing talent through appropriate channels * Managing the relationship with external partners e.g. recruitment agencies/advertising agencies. * Managing the relationship with internal stakeholders and People (HR) team with your business area. * Maintaining and sustaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by ensuring the right routines are followed. * Proactively recruiting to provide a talent pipeline for the future * Building passive candidate talent pools * Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence Ideal Candidate Experience * Previous domain experience in buying, merchandising etc. is desirable and having worked in fashion, retail or supermarkets will add real value to this role along with previous, successful experience gained in-house and/or within an agency. * Someone who understands how to and has experience of pro-actively identifying, approaching, attracting and securing passive candidates along with excellent stakeholder engagement and management experience. * Previous relevant in-house and/or agency recruitment experience. * Extensive experience qualifying roles with stakeholders at all levels. * Extensive experience identifying and securing passive candidates via various direct' channels Social Media; LinkedIn etc., networking, market mapping, careers fairs, industry events etc. * Extensive experience managing the full end to end recruitment process. * Previous experience using Applicant Tracking Software Desirable: * Fashion and marketing recruitment experience
