Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter to join our Primary Team in this newly created role, as a result of rapid Company growth. The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting the best talent to positively impact on the future growth and success of SCL, in line with Company values and aims. The main purpose of the role is to build a pipeline of candidates for all positions within the Primary Department using varies recruitment methods, screening and interviewing candidates and supporting with on-boarding and inductions. You will work closely with the General Manager and Primary Regional Managers, taking responsibility for the full recruitment cycle of permanent and causal staff within the Primary Department, identify recruitment needs and driving recruitment campaigns.
