ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT FROM THE CHARITY AND NOT FOR PROFIT SECTOR? ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT SOURCING THE BEST TALENT AROUND? If so, then we would love to hear from you.. My client, is a charity based in the West End of London and they are seeking to bring in an Internal Recruiter on a temporary basis for 4 months. The role is to start ASAP and will go until the end of March 2018. Main duties: * End-to-end recruitment with a focus on recruiting for your fundraising roles * Run recruitment campaigns for fundraising * Duties include: writing advertisements, speaking to agencies, short listing, sitting in on interview panels, use of social media and other creative means to attract candidates * Must ensure that Blind Veterans are sticking to recruitment best practice Key requirements: * Extensive end-to-end recruitment experience * Experience with a variety of interview styles e.g. panel interviews * Experience with recruiting at all levels * Must be outgoing, friendly, and able to take their own initiative * Experience in the non-profit sector * Preferably have experience recruiting for fundraising roles * May have to support Admin aspects of the role such as putting together starter contracts etc. Salary: 30-34k dependant on experience Hours: 9 - 5:30 (Monday - Friday) Location: West End Huntress does not discriminate on the grounds of 'protected characteristics' as defined under the Equality Act and other relevant UK legislation.
