Job Description

This role will involve the following: * Working side by side with the HR Manager and deliver a great recruitment experience * Reduce the agency spend by using a range of sourcing techniques * Manage the complete recruitment process * Research and identify new trends within the recruitment market and utilise them. * Identify advertising opportunities to attract new external applicants. * Building relationships and identify skills for all employees across the company. * Create a flexible workforce able to undertaking available shifts and/or other job positions that become available. * Work with those responsible for the rota's in all of our homes helping them to identify employees that are willing to take on additional shifts and/or other job positions that become available. * Managing internal and external stake holder expectations professionally. * Conduct candidate pre-telephone/screening and produce shortlists for the hiring managers for interviews. * Liaising, meeting and supporting managers with both external and internal applicants in the interviewing and selection process. * Enhance and grow market knowledge conditions and recruitment best practice by attending industry relevant events, seminars, job fairs,assessment days plus more... * Follow the compliance process, adhering and following all immigration and legal requirements before offering a start date to applicants. For example: obtaining references, DBS Applications, completed application forms and similar. * To introduce and manage exit interviews. Using the information gained during exit interviews in a constructive and positive manner with the aim to make improvements or suggestions if necessary * General support to HR department, which may involve taking minutes during meetings relating to disciplinary and grievance matters, conduct and capability. * Supporting the HR team with an advisory service to Managers ensuring HR policies and procedure are put into practice It is essential Candidates must have the following: * Previous internal recruitment experience... (a must!!) * A proactive approach is essential * Positive and motivated with great attention to detail * Strong communication and written skills (adjusting communication style to fit the situation and audience) * Innovative and forward thinking * Internal stake holder management * Full driving license
