Job Description

Our client, one of the UK's largest providers of education within the sports sector are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, reliable and passionate Internal Recruiter to join their team. The role of Internal Recruiter is a newly developed role by our client due to their recent and continued exceptional growth. As an Internal Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting the best talent to positively impact on the future growth and success of our client. The main purpose of the role is to build a pipeline of candidates for all positions, interviewing candidates and supporting the HR Department with the on-boarding and inductions of new employees. As part of this role you will work closely with the Managers, taking responsibility for the full recruitment cycle of permanent and casual placements, as well as identifying the departments recruitment needs and driving recruitment campaigns. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DAY TO DAY DUTIES - Effectively manage a database of candidates for permanent and casual placements - Research new and innovative ways to attract the best candidates - Create and write engaging job adverts and placement of job advertisements both internally and externally - Run social media campaigns to attract a pipeline of candidates - Actively sourcing candidates on job boards and LinkedIn - Build strong relationships with colleges and universities, as well as attending recruitment fairs - Collate applications and forward to recruiting Line Manager - Arranging practical interviews and conduct skills testing for candidates where appropriate - Assist with DBS checks for all new employees - Work closely with the HR Team, working in line with HR and recruitment processes - Ensure candidates have the best recruitment process journey experience DO YOU HAVE WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR? - Recruitment experience either from an agency or internally - Knowledge of Right to Work legislation - Excellent communication and organisation skills - Excellent attention to detail - Computer literate If you would like the opportunity to work for a fast growing and inspirational company, then apply today
