Internal Recruitment Executive – Permanent – Full Time Cosine is a top five field marketing agency located in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire, and we are recruiting a full time, permanent Internal Recruitment Executive to join our busy in-house recruitment team. Job Purpose The Recruitment Executive is responsible for delivering a smooth, planned and organised recruitment service on behalf of our clients. The role is responsible for the day-to-day running of one or more recruitment activities, working to ensure that all elements of the recruitment service are met to agreed standards. The recruitment tasks involve:- •Providing advice and guidance to hiring managers and other stakeholders on all elements of the recruitment process. •Delivering an effective end to end recruitment service on behalf of clients. •Interfacing with hiring managers and other internal Cosine Teams to ensure that vacancies are filled within agreed standards and that the required focus is applied to all activities. •Responsibility for ensuring Cosine’s people database are consistent and up to date at all times and ownership is taken for all changes and additions. •To ensure there is real clarity at all stages of the recruitment process, that all relevant stakeholders are kept informed, advised of expected timescales, potential challenges and that effective communication is in place at all times. •Keeping up to date with recruitment best practice and legislation Main responsibilities/accountabilities •Candidate generation •Screening and preparing for interview: •Job Offer and Contract Issue •Compliance checking •Tracking and reporting •General administration Experience Essential: •Previous experience in a high volume multi-disciplinary recruitment role •Proven understanding of recruitment best practice and legislation Desirable: •Previous experience in Field Marketing or related business •Previous multi account management experience •Previous experience of identifying and improving operational processes Technical skills / Knowledge •Demonstrable evidence of database capability. •Fully proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the internet To apply: Please forward your CV to us quoting reference RecExec2.
