Internal Recruiter - Temp 6 months Love Recruitment but not the cold calling? This is a fantastic 6 month contract position to work as an internal recruiter for a busy construction company in Cambridgeshire. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting within the Construction sector preferably blue collar. This is a fast paced, high volume role and will require someone to hit the ground running so experience in screening & resourcing candidates is key! Working hours are 09:00 - 18:00 This is a 6 month contract role. Travel to different sites to meet with hiring managers may be required. Internal Recruiter Role and Responsibilities: * Provide advice and support to hiring managers with all recruitment needs * Advertise internal vacancies on the company website and all social media platforms * Identify relevant candidates using the company candidate database * Interview & shortlist suitable candidates * Organise interviews and take feedback * Deal with agencies who will assist with recruitment * Assist HR with managing compliance within the recruitment process / inductions Internal Recruiter Requirements: * Previous Recruitment experience (Essential) * Working knowledge of blue collar construction recruitment (desirable) OR can demonstrate recruiting in a fast paced high volume industry * Self motivated and confident to chase hiring managers for feedback * Professional and Hardworking Sound like your DREAM JOB?
