Impact Call Centre Limited – About us Impact Ltd is a professional outsourced contact centre providing a wide range of services to clients by sales and customer service teams. Due to continued expansion we are looking to support the Company’s growth by recruiting an internal recruiter and trainer to work within the HR and training departments. Responsibilities and Duties Source quality sales and customer service candidates via CV sourcing, advertising, agencies and networking opportunities working in conjunction with the HR department Arrange interviews and bookings with hiring managers including all required paperwork and interview packs Review adverts and ensuring UK employment law is adhered at all times Liaise with the HR Manager and hiring managers Support the Training Manager to include conducting Company induction programme, HSE and company-wide training as required Carry-out surveys to report on local job market trends Liaise with the HR Manager on ROI and attrition rates within the organisation Provide HR and administrative support during down times in the recruitment cycle such as December Qualifications/Vocational Educated to A level or equivalent REC/CIPD qualification highly desirable Person specification Experience of recruiting within the call centre industry highly desirable Extensive experience of sourcing CVs directly from a variety of channels to market Solid understanding of assessment methods e.g. competency based interviewing, technical testing and assessment centres Experience of screening and telephone interviewing Ability to provide feedback to all candidates on interview outcomes, including delivering sensitive messages Working knowledge of UK employment law Support the training manager in inductions and other training requirements Excellent communication skills – effective, professional, polite and clear Ability to work with the highest integrity with confidential information Have excellent analytical, organisational and planning skills Be proactive and able to handle reactive situations Development Ongoing training and support with NVQ’s available and fully funded Hours 40 Hours over 7 days - Primarily Monday to Friday with other times to include attending assessment day and evening events Benefits £21210.00 salary – plus recruitment retention bonus for OTE £24,000 21 days’ holiday accruing to 25 days based on service plus bank holidays Company pension Staff discount on products Free onsite parking and local train station – only 5 minutes’ walk away Modern offices using the latest technologies Subsidised refreshments/lunch plus free drinks Subsidised gym membership Subsidised staff entertainment throughout the year
