Job Description

We have a 6 month FTC working as an Internal Recruiter for an expanding educational company based in Coventry. You will be expected to liaising with both managers, employees, external candidates and suppliers, providing a proactive and professional reflection of the HR function. Main Responsibilities: · Assist the HR Assistant with all recruitment and selection activity, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and acting as the main contact for candidates and managers with regards to recruitment. - Liaise with external recruitment agencies regarding candidates and vacancies · Ensure data protection and confidentiality at all times Our client is looking for: · Experience of working as an Agency Recruiter or a similar internal recruitment role · Strong organisational and multitasking skills · Excellent attention to detail · Demonstrated ability to build good working relationships If you are interested in this position please email your CV along with a short covering letter to explain why you think you would be ideal for the role
