Connuct Ltd offers an introduction service to Care Workers / Nurses to Care and Nursing Homes via our App blending efficient technology with outstanding customer service enabling us to offer a unique solution to Care & Nursing Homes seeking experienced, compliant temporary Care Workers and Nurses. We are seeking a motivated Internal Recruiter to successfully source Care Workers, signing them up to the Connuct Ltd App thus building a pool of experienced and fully compliant care staff looking for temporary shifts within Care & Nursing Homes. The main duties and responsibilities for our Internal Recruiter include. Recruitment • Source Care Workers using various online platforms and offline tactics, • Writes / refreshes all adverts and content • Builds and manages an effective recruitment pipeline to deliver the required number of Care Workers aligned to set weekly KPI’s • Ensures all Care Worker compliance and training records are accurate, compliant and in-date • Promotes the Connuct Ltd concept and brand to all potential Care Workers Client Management • Provides support and assistance to Care Homes using the online Connuct service • Ensures all using Care Homes rate each Care Worker on the Connuct App and website • Takes a customer-first approach and delivers outstanding customer service Candidate Management • Ensures Care Workers rate each Care / Nursing Home in which they work on the Connuct App and website • Fully demonstrate the Connuct App and website to ensure 100% understanding Other • Administration duties including; identification and national insurance checks, verification of qualifications, obtaining bank details, signposting staff to our payroll partner • Ensure records are kept in line with legislative requirements If you have internal recruiting experience, preferably within the care sector please contact us as we'd be delighted to discuss the role further with you
