Our client based in Grantham is looking to hire an Internal Recruiter. Working for a large organisation you will be an integral part of the business, working closely with the Recruitment Manager to secure the best talent. Preferably in-house experience, but we will also consider agency experience for the right individual who has the right approach; we are looking for someone who can gently persuade the managers rather than tell. Our client needs an all-round experienced recruiter who is able to resource, network, write JDs and adverts etc. and you must be able to create assessment material – interviews, tasks, and assessment days. As the Internal Recruiter you will ensure vacancies are advertised within budget and in accordance with employment legislation and provide support to managers with shortlisting and interviewing, building excellent relationships and providing guidance and support in terms of Recruitment best practice. In addition the Recruiter will manage all aspects of the candidate journey, promoting the organisation as an employer of choice and ensuring all candidates have a positive experience. Responsibilities: Ensure all essential documentation relating the recruitment process is in place including authorisation to recruit forms, interview templates, contracts and offer documentation. Create job descriptions and adverts that are fit for purpose and compliant with current legislation. Create effective materials and methods of assessment appropriate for the role. Support and guide line managers in shortlisting and interviewing candidates in accordance with best practice. Manage all aspects of the candidate journey ensuring all email communications, declines, offers and feedback are provided in a timely manner. Resource candidates via social media such as LinkedIn and job boards. Update the e-recruitment system to ensure that all requisition information is current. Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns, including advertising channels, assessment materials and candidate experience. Build successful relationships with managers to understand role and business requirements. Coach and support managers in recruitment best practice and process. Build and maintain successful relationships with recruitment agencies, negotiating cost effective rates. Preform other duties which may reasonably be assigned to them by their manager or supervisor. Person specification: Experience of managing end to end recruitment campaigns. Experienced in conducting interviews and creating assessment materials. Experience resourcing candidates via social media, particularly LinkedIn. Knowledge and understanding of recruitment markets, employment legislation, risks & best practice. Computer literate. Collaborative approach to coaching stakeholders in recruitment best practice. Strong time management and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to be flexible in demand to changing requirements. Working to deadlines. The ability to travel within the UK, sometimes to remote locations.
