I am currently recruiting for a proactive, client/results focused Internal Recruiter to work for an Online Travel Agency based in central London. If you have Recruitment or Internal Recruitment experience and have a passion for technology and travel, then this is the perfect role for you. You will be responsible for: Source/hire the best talent Ensure you sourcing the strongest talent for the team Dive pipelines and build ongoing sourcing channels Partner with HR and partners to manage client relationships Partner with internal and external communities to build pipelines, host events and deliver employer brand campaigns Advise hiring managers on strategic staffing issues including industry talent trends The ideal person will: Have a consultative approach by providing value added advice An experience resourcer/Internal Recruiter Someone who isn't afraid to use new sourcing methods Have experience in using data to drive decisions and build talent strategies Deliver end-to-end recruitment process Please ONLY apply if you have Recruitment experience.
