Ideally, we are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter who has vast experience with recruitment within the Healthcare Industry. If you have great attention to detail, strong customer service skills with a passion to drive and produce quality work and you have a healthcare background then we could be the place for you. You will be working in an environment that requires you to work calmly under pressure while providing a bespoke service to anyone you may be in contact with. To achieve this you’ll need to be approachable, clear and coherent, self-motivated, persistent and have a passion for providing quality customer service. The role is a fulltime permanent position to undertake the following duties: * Sourcing Nurses and Carers through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites) * Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes * Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews * Matching candidates to vacancies & ensuring they meet the relevant qualifications and experiences required by the client. * Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process * Working with the compliance team to ensure processing of candidate pre-employment documentation prior to start date * Working with the Coordinators to meet their recruitment needs from registering candidates up until they start work as well as being involved in with their training needs * Responsible for candidate management and attraction. * Must be able to support the compliance team with candidates registration This role will ideally suit someone from a Care Coordinator or Compliance background who has experience of recruiting. The salary is between £20,000 - £22,000 (starting salary depending on experience).
