Internal Recruiter  Location: Bromley, Kent £18,000 - £25,000 plus Commission We are seeking an experienced in house recruiter to assist us in developing a global network of recruitment professionals all operating from one recruitment platform. We provide the clients, vacancies and access to all the candidates they require in order to process the vacancies through to placement. Our Affiliate recruitment specialists then earn 60% - 70% share of the placement fees.  This is a unique and exciting opportunity for someone to join a new and exciting business whilst it grows from strength to strength. We’re looking for someone to bring a new and enthusiastic dynamic to the team, with fresh ideas and a desire to achieve.  The role: As our in house recruiter you will be proactively identifying and securing new affiliate partners (recruiters), through cold calling, marketing, social media and responding to many in bound enquiries. Desired Skills and Experience : You will have a minimum of 1 years experience of the recruitment process Excellent people skills. Excellent face to face and presentation skills.  A strong work ethic with excellent self/discipline.  A charismatic, outgoing and effervescent personality.
