Internal Recruiter £ 45k pro rata - 6 - 9 months Tech savvy, fun in house recruiter for a growing business within the online learning market. Fab, trendy and fun offices in the heart of London. This role will be challenging and will operate across London and the US office. The position is immediate You will be responsible for the following:- * Manage end-to-end recruitment experience (sourcing direct candidates through to managing offers) * Build relationships with your stakeholders, supporting them throughout the hiring process * Create and upload job adverts on to job boards * Arrange interviews with hiring managers, manage diaries, send invites * Update candidates on the status of their interviews and applications * Conduct talent mapping activities * Create Talent pipelines * Provide regular updates to hiring managers and troubleshooting sourcing challenges * Be involved with creating Careers Website. * Passionate about candidate experience * Provide 121 interview coaching to line managers Experience * Previous direct hiring experience in an In House role required * Experience in coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers * Ability to manage and build relationships with busy stakeholders * Resilient, and be able to work in a fast paced environment * Organised, responsive and detailed * Excellent communication skills * Great time management * Experience of hiring globally an advantage (USA)
