General Job Summary Aptean is currently offering the opportunity to join the EMEA team as an internal recruiter. Working closely with the wider business to assist with all things recruitment related, you will play an integral role in the development and delivery of efficient recruitment to all hiring managers within Aptean. Hours, Pay & Location Role: Internal Recruiter (Junior) Location: Northampton Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 17.30pm Salary: Competitive, commission, private medical cover & more. Principal Duties and Responsibilities * Sourcing, contacting and liaising with high calibre candidates * Contacting our internal managers to discuss and help fulfil their recruitment needs * Arranging, coordinating and overseeing interviews * Dealing with a variety of administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process * Understanding the importance of your role as the first point of contact for new team members, and the need for you to excite and inspire prospective candidates * Writing, reviewing and placing adverts in appropriate jobs boards and managing the relationship with them * Updating our recruitment CRM * Managing external agencies * Managing and updating the internal vacancy list accordingly * Advertising all vacancies and managing add response * Screening all candidates obtaining information to present to hiring managers * Ensuring we have all documentation in order for HR to process the offer of employment. Skills & Abilities * Able to build good relationships globally across the business * Excellent written & verbal communication skills * Provide alternative solutions to hiring the best talent Work Experience * Ideally 1-2 years’ experience within an in-house or agency background. * Educated to a degree level (Preferred) * Knowledge of recruitment job boards e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter
