Recruiting staff for clinics and cover within the NHS sector including doctors, nurses and support staff also. The role: Account management of current existing clinicians Recruiting new clinicians - to cover gaps where cover is need in the market Compliance - ensuring all documents and procedures have been followed Screening and interviewing clinicians according to the needs of the projects Dealing with sickness/absence issues Attending industry events to drive recruitmentThe candidate Recruitment background - ideally medical/public sector Previous experience working in a sales driven environment Passionate and motivated to hit targets Interested?
