We are searching for a talented and professional internal recruitment and HR Manager to join our London office. Your duties will be diverse and multi-faceted, therefore work experience in sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates are vital for this role.

Ultimately, this role will be pivotal to introduce a new internal business strategy to further develop our organisational, recruitment and people management areas.
Collaborate with hiring managers to write job descriptions and to advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks.
Manage employee relations across the organisation, supervise talent acquisition and ensure improved and optimal recruitment practices.
Design and implement an employee referral program.
Select and interview candidates during various hiring stages. Ensuring the recruitment process is engaging and efficient, candidates are updated throughout the process.
Driving cultural change and employee engagement is a large piece of this role initially.
Introducing a behavioural recruitment and HR approach based on our internal values.
Ensuring all company recruitment and HR policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.
Pro-actively business partner with all levels of management to support excellent people management, identifying business needs, and implementing effective solutions.
To efficiently manage people operations, including development and delivery of HR systems, policies and procedures.
Review and update all HR policies and procedures in order to develop and implement improved processes and practices.
Organisational design - monitoring the business and HR trends. Develop and implement HR strategies, looking at new initiatives, what can be changed and how to influence this change in the business.
Supporting line managers with training and development, as well as individual career development and succession planning.
Support and champion inclusive leadership style.
Identify and report on HR risks, making recommendations for managing risk.
Other ad-hoc duties related to recruitment and HR.
Knowledge, skills and requirements
A team player with proven successful experience in an HR generalist role with good understanding of employment law and strong case management experience (performance improvement, probation, disciplinary, grievance, sickness management) which balances the needs of the organization and mitigates risk.
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group).
Ability to organize skills assessment centres (e.g. job simulation activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests).
Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident being sole HR Manager and advising managers on all aspects of people management and development.
Demonstrable experience in managing organisational change.
Confident in implementing and embedding group and corporate policies, processes and activities.
Gravitas and leadership skills with authority to drive things through.
Proactive and organised approach with a positive and flexible can-do attitude.
Good attention to detail.
Creative thinking/problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills
