One of UK's Top 10 Technology companies is seeking an Internal Recruiter on a temporary basis to assist in a large recruitment drive for Engineers. The successful candidate will be sourcing and pipe-lining potential engineering candidates. You will have experience in recruitment and be focused on driving for results. Responsibilities: Sourcing the very best direct candidates in the market through multiple channels including headhunting, advertising, talent pooling, social media, networking and referrals Owning the recruitment process with a hands-on approach to candidate and hiring manager engagement Objectively assessing candidates with varied backgrounds Developing and managing agency relationships Promoting the brand with an active presence at networking events, meet-ups, sponsorship events and talks Solving problems, attracting talents and improving how we work Essential Skills and Experience: A minimum of 2 year's experience in an agency or internal recruitment with a track-record of directly sourcing high quality talent under tight time-frames A minimum of 6 months within the technology industry The ability to use technical and competency interviewing techniques to assess candidates with varied backgrounds You will need to be focused on driving results, be passionate about recruitment, and an accountable team player If you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
