Position: Internal Recruiter Location: Warwickshire Salary: £30,000 + 40,000 + Benefits (Dependant on experience) As Internal Recruiter you'll be part of a leading engineering consultancy where you'll assume responsibility for recruitment strategy, resource planning, owning the recruiting relationships with the Hiring Managers, co-ordinating the agency supply chain, represent HR in all things recruitment via Management Information and its reporting to HRD as well as sourcing for key vacancies. As the preferred candidate you'll have: * Previous experience in the recruitment of technical and non-technical engineering vacancies * Experience in a RPO, account management or internal recruitment environment * Demonstrable track record of success building a career as a recruitment professional i.e. performance against KPIs This is a fantastic opportunity to develop an in house career in a rapidly expanding environment with ambitious growth plans.
