Job Description

Our client, based in Chorley is looking for someone to help support all recruitment through the full end-to-end process across this market-leading organisation and to assist the HR Director in implementing a recruitment strategy over the next 6 months. The ideal applicant would have a background working as a recruitment consultant for an agency or an existing in-house recruitment team who would be able to hit the ground running. As this is a new role, there will be a lot of setting up new processes and guiding managers in best practice recruitment etc
