Job Description

Our client are based in St. Albans and are an international business, so often have vacancies that require language skills. They are looking for a part-time internal recruiter to join their team. They need someone to be available 4 days a week, 16hrs, but they can be flexible with the hours on these 4 days. The successful candidate should be an experienced internal recruiter who has experience in sourcing candidates as well as going through applications. Conducting face-to face interviews will be required and subsequent reports sent to the relevant managers, regarding the suitability of candidates, prior to arranging a 2nd stage interview. The salary is £25,000 to £30,000 pro rata, depending on how many hours are worked each week.
