Job Title: Internal Recruiter - Part Time hours / five days per week Salary: £25,000 plus OTE £40,000 Location: Leicester This is a new and unique opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant or internal recruiter with some experience of technology / IT recruitment to join a well-funded and highly innovative IT company based in Leicestershire with ambitious expansion plans. Founded in 2014 and revenue generating this innovate technology start-up has a solid financial base and a highly effective management structure in place. The role is intended to support the recruitment in all areas of the business from IT and production to sales and finance. We envisage the recruitment of approximately 45 new staff over the next 12 to 18 months. The Role Working closely with the hiring managers you will support the recruitment of a variety of roles in a number of disciplines. This will involve engaging with specialist recruitment companies providing them with a full brief of the role requirements and setting realistic expectations between the company and the recruiters. You will screen and distribute shortlisted CV's and ensure the managers are responding with feedback and interviews in a timely manner - manging expectations on both sides. You will set up and manage the interview process - asking for and providing feedback at all stages through to offer and acceptance. You will manage the process up until the new employee starts and will then assess their progress through their probation period by liaising with them and their manager. Key Experience Required We are looking for a highly driven recruiter with experience of recruiting in the IT sector. The company are able to offer part time hours working five days per week. We are looking for someone with a strong personality with the ability to influence and persuade that is looking for the small company start-up atmosphere of a highly creative company.
