Job Description

Due to growth within the business we are looking for Internal Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding team. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join us at an extremely interesting time. This role will suit someone who is used to, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for; * Provide a lead function within the team demonstrating best practice * Management of steakholders * Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle * Participate in regular hiring manager meetings to discuss resource plans, recruitment needs and job launches * Manage all recruitment activity and build a pipeline of candidates relevant to the business and undertake direct sourcing activity, via LinkedIn, social media, online media, head hunting, job boards, events etc. * Define and create job descriptions with the client in line with business requirements either in person or via the phone and advise hiring managers on selection processes * Participate in regular hiring manager meetings to discuss resource plans and recruitment needs, and advise Hiring Managers on the market place and selection processes. Educate Managers on the most cost effective forms of recruitment * Co-ordinate interviews and feedback between the customer, suppliers and candidates * Maintain all vacancy data on external/internal job boards, LinkedIn and social media * Schedule interviews, conduct first stage interviews * Propose and confirm offers of placement to successful candidates directly or via PSL agency’s * Ensure details of offer are relayed to administration support staff to raise internal payroll paperwork and issue contracts Your background * Internal/External recruitment experience * Extensive experience in in directly sourcing candidates * Proven track record of delivering and meeting direct recruitment targets * Stakeholder management experience * Experience of meeting and exceeding KPI’s * Full recruitment lifecycle experience * Good knowledge of Microsoft office (excel, outlook, word, Powerpoint) * Extensive stakeholder management * Previous experience of full recruitment Lifecyle * Excellent organization skills * Proactive
