Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition **Only apply if you have Internal Recruitment experience** The company: A multi sector Recruitment Agency that are looking to add to their talent acquisition team. Location: Gatwick Salary: £35k - £40k (Dependant on Experience) The Role: As the Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment life cycle, from attraction through direct sourcing, interviewing and assessment, offer management and onboarding, managing vacancies across a range of disciplines and levels of seniority. This is a varied role, and would suit a candidate with high energy levels and the discipline to work in a fast-paced environment. Skills required: • Previous experience of high volume and senior level inhouse recruiting • Previous in-house or agency recruitment experience is preferred • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
