Internal Recruitment Consultant/ 25K + / Perm/ Full-time/ Based in Cambridge Ashley Kate HR are delighted to be supporting a leading, highly professional technical consultancy who are looking for an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. Working closely with all departments and disciplines, you will support with the full 360 - recruitment, successfully sourcing candidates for a variety of complex, technical positions within engineering and science. You will be experienced in putting together recruitment plans and have good knowledge and understanding of advertising, digital recruitment, agency management and employer branding. Key Responsibilities: ·In depth knowledge and experience of direct resourcing, utilising and various platforms ·Managing high volumes of recruitment, prioritising vacancies and working with a sense of urgency ·Proven experience of In- house recruiting and a history of working collaboratively with colleagues, building and maintaining good working relationships with hiring managers ·Natural flair and creative ability to create job descriptions and promoting the company's reputation ·Meeting and interviewing candidates and ensuring you provide feedback at all times ·Gathering and collating accurate recruitment data with the ability to provide and analyse reports If you are interested in this role, please apply or contact Ashley Kate for further details.
