Internal Recruitment Consultant - Based in Reperio Human Capitals Belfast Office Reperio Human Capital are a specialist IT Recruitment Consultancy based in Belfast, but we focus on the booming IT & Tech scene in the Republic of Ireland. Having established ourselves as one of Ireland leading Specialist IT Recruitment Organisations, we are continuing to expand our team here in Belfast, our HQ. Due to the significant success and growth Reperio has experienced, we are continuing to expand our team. We are now search for an experienced Recruiter to join us and take on the responsibility for Internal Recruitment for both our Belfast office & our recently established USA office in North Carolina. This is a strategic role where you will focus on helping us reach our growth targets, both in Belfast & the US. You will take complete ownership of the Internal Recruitment & Talent Acquisition. What will I be doing? You will primarily be involved in Recruiting individuals to join Reperio Human Capital, in both Belfast & the USA. You will have complete ownership of the Recruitment lifecycle in Reperio, including Sourcing, Selection, Screening & Interviewing. Some of your tasks will include advertising for positions, interviewing & assessment, information tracking & creating a pipeline of potential candidates. You should be very familiar with utilising online CV Databases in your search for prospective candidates & proactive headhunting & candidate generation will be key to your success. Ultimately, you will become the Brand Ambassador for Reperio Human Capital.
