Internal Recruitment Consultant - ContractsMaidenheadCompetitive Salary & BenefitsWe have an exciting new opportunity for an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established contracts teamAbout the roleWorking in the Contracts Team your key focus will be to partner with Capita's Internal businesses to ensure that CIR are in the best position to successfully deliver recruitment of IT contractors. You will be working in conjunction with the Delivery Manager, Client Relationship Manager (Contracts) and the Delivery team to maximize both compliant and direct delivery. Our ultimate goal is to align talent acquisition strategies directly with strategic business goals.What you will do: * Develop relationships with both new and existing stakeholders and network effectively to pipeline leading talent for the business * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with each vacancy, utilising support teams where necessary and engaging suppliers as needed * Manage a timely and consultative recruitment delivery service; including vacancy management, detailed qualification of all vacancies, direct sourcing, advertising, candidate interviews, submission, offers and new starter process * Focus on IT contractor recruitment with the flexibility to recruit contractors from other disciplines as required * Identify and utilise relevant sources for candidate attraction such as job boards, database utilisation, talent pooling, social media, headhunting and networkingYour experience will include: * Proven resourcing / talent acquisition skills (end-to-end) from line manager briefings, search strategies and offer management in a large corporate or agency environment * Experienced in the management of complex stakeholders and building excellent working relationships with new and existing colleagues, managers and candidates * Strong IT recruitment background * Extensive recruitment experience within mid to senior hires throughout the contractor market space * An ability to provide compelling information to influence and negotiate with both hiring managers and candidates alikeWhat's in it for you?At Capita, training and development aren't optional extras: they're how we do our job.
